Busy first day of the LP; met some amazing people with some big challenges including M.S, M.E and chronic pain. Always fascinating to see how they use the tools of the first day of training to get changes- but won’t know to till tomorrow.
Today it became very clear to them that their very real and genuine physical problems were taken extremely seriously and were not going to be magiced away or ignored.
They also realised that there was some possibility of using the mind body link to influence their physiology and especially their nervous and immune system.
